4. Best option picking up out of available matrix of Fixed , variable, dynamic rental/ lease with different working Business Model.
5. Suitably utilising In-bound Power Amperage-extraction system without hurting existing business for DCFC.
6. Selecting Location criteria to match with Sepc of DCFC Sync with present & Future Ev cars, specially abundant & popular EVs.
7. Extricating from difficulties arises selecting Power Management Equipments sync with present & futuristic DCFC with a vision to justifies CapEx thereon.
8. Long term vision with Min. cash flow [also min. PVFC] on provisions link to max DevOps Viability.
9. Deciding well before( even before apply for approval ) ,the spec & Denomination of DCFC to achieve Max Fin-Tech efficacies.
10. Prudently decide (visualize) well before the next expansion (vertical) knowing LiB -Size & C- rates of up coming EVs.
11. CapEx on provision laying at beginning ,that save cost up to 30% on power Mgt-Equipments.
12. Capital( PVFC) will be saved by making provisions set aside made for next two expansion of Fast Chargers.

13.Required level of net based OCPP  net API App based sync working of payment gateway and all seamless operations .

14.Charging stations must have all Amenities viz AC Customer lounges, On-site cameras, public conveniences, valet charging, Fast food counters, Resting couch ,additional lighting ,security for gentry & belongings at night.
