Highly Profitable Ev Charging Station by these Operational additives

Profit from Day-One start , when these sustainable value additive provisions are implemented. Most of  cases , Public Charging station lost its shine due to  competitions and want of Operational efficiency & Tech-Fin Synergy Factors  . Here, we citing some deploying Mode : implementing Guidance are given by Us ,as a part of  our Dev.Ops  Consultancy & monitoring  procedure.

Deploy only  max. level (upto 90 to 95% ) Tech-Fin Efficient  Fast chargers  : The spec & Cost efficacy ( Tech- Fin) of DC Fast chargers are calculated by “Ev juicing up Capacity utilization with respect to Cost of Charger”. Higher profitability by maximum Capacity Utilization Factor ( CUF) within the Cost/Kwh  of DC fast chargers. This is more complex matrix & gist out different efficacies ,  irrespective  capacity & size of DC fast chargers  but in contexts  to charging different specs of EV Cars on Road and prevailing in particular country.

Physically-fit working chargers at Station: In a survey ,USA branded chain of Public Charging station found 67 % physical fit while  TESLA super charging  net work stood at 74 % good working state. More worse situation even in starting   are found in India at Public Charging Stations : 1) Charger-Ev Connecting failure (2) Not found good  by service (Five type):- Booking, waiting/Queuing, Connecting ,Matching fast charging, Payment prompting) (3)  No good rates from competitors (4) No regular supply/cut-prone power situations. (5) State to state variation in power tariff. 6) Improper mix power to keep Min TCO . (7)Supplementing services/amenities not upto level, viz : Waiting Hall, QSR, Public conveniences , Resting Area  &  ambience for family & belongings)

Un-Interrupted Power supply ,Indian PCS Need PSS. There is need of Power Storage System (PSS) or alternative power supply system when power cut situation occurs. Power cut situation will cause to denial situation at charging station  cause to I) negative Brand building, II) improver opportunity to nearby competitors PCS .

Increase clean power Mix  & low-priced   ratio  of  energy : The present( year 2022)  Power  available from DISCOM have  40% clean ratio. More clean and low prices power can be sourced by various system in addition to Grid power connection at Public charging station.

Need of  External Cooling System( Special in  Indian Torrid Zone summers ):A different kind mechanism of cooling system implementation is part of our guidance for DevOps of Public charging stations. To tackle this type situation ,which is peculiar in summers and specially required for Indian Torrid zone. This External Cooling System( ECS) works  externally , we had specially designed for any kind of Ev & DCFC  .This system is in addition to already inbuilt TMS in EVs & air/liquid cooling system in DC Fast Chargers . Many times charging process stuck because of outside hot ambience and hot battery ambience of an  Electric vehicle  which just arrived at Station after long and speedy continuous running on Highways.

Transit charging system, shifting from One charger to another charger  (slow-Fast –slow)Situation:

Trained  Staff  & transit charging system must be there at Public charging. All staff must be well prepared / judgmental at quick-time at arrival of EV car having  any state of charging level. Staff must  knew and ready type of charger ,either first connect to slow or Fast  charger and then what next transit charging.(20-80% Fast synergy application).

Net based booking ,status tracking system linked with Transit charging System(TCS): The situation  may arise when Lower Specs EV car or Slow accepting Car is keeps engage the Fast Charger, this will hamper by .

  • “Longer waiting” time shown on net to other Fast charge seeking Ev Drivers.
  • Busy status  showing of particular fast charger to other EV seeking Fast charging.
  • Longer Queuing status by un necessary engagement ( poorly managed TCS).
  • wastage of time during EV transit at Fast  Charger (  switchover  One EV to another EV)

Algorithm for peak & lien charging rate according to pattern of Ev visitors: Charging rates with respect  to special situation , vicinity to State Border( different Discom tariff) and nearby competitors  PCS, as game theory based.

Update to staff about any revised BMS or new EV launch  capacity to switch over to efficacy pattern and  Mix charging( Slow -fast-Slow) pattern .
